Very timely intake with minimal waiting throughout the appointment. Dr Henry is incredibly kind and knowledgeable not only with current state of my eyes, but also supporting me with prevention of further issues. I feel like despite having back to back visits, he’s right in the room with me and not rushing. Highly recommend and why I travel to stay with this practice! The biggest thing is trying to get in – they’re super busy so wait time for regular appointments or new patients is significant.
I’ve been coming here for around 10 years and have always been pleased with the service. Dr. Ebersole is personable, willing to explain what’s going on with my eyes and answers all my questions. The staff are all friendly and helpful and it has been very easy to get a good pair of glasses there. Highly recommend.
Glad to know I’ve been going to the right place for service. When I had an eye issue and was concerned how bad it could be they were able to get me in an evaluate it. The evaluation concluded the issue was stable and start the process back to recovery.
Thanks for being there when I needed peace of mind.
From start to finish my experiences have been the very best. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I have been going to optometric associates for many years with never any problems. The doctors give you the time you need to be sure your eyes are well adjusted and always with a smile. I would recommend them very highly for all their expertises in eyes and glasses
Such an amazing place! I was so nervous when I had to take all three of my littles (ages 5, 3, and 11 months) into the office for my 16 year old daughter’s eye exam, but everyone was so friendly and accommodating!! They took my littles to their “treasure chest” and loaded them each up with a bag of toys that they played with the whole time we were there. My older daughter was also very comfortable there. They explained everything thoroughly and were quick and efficient! I’m so glad we started going to this optometry office!
The coverage provided by dental insurance varies widely between plans. In most cases, your employer will offer one or more plans. The contract established between your employer and insurance provider determines the type of coverage available to you. Dental insurance can be incredibly complex. Figuring out what your insurance plan actually covers can seem overwhelming and is often frustrating, but most dental offices are happy to help you fully understand your coverage.
We could tell you about our patients’ excellent care, but we know that they can do a much better job. Below we’ve provided a selection of statements from our patients speaking about their positive experience with us.
For your first appointment, there are several things you can bring with you to make your visit as simple and convenient as possible, including:
An initial dental appointment typically takes between one and two hours. Generally, it is best to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any patient forms. Preparing for your appointment in advance can help expedite the visit.
After your appointment, we can provide you with a personalized estimate of the cost of your treatment plan. In many cases, we can also contact your insurance provider to discuss coverage. During this appointment, you can also learn more about what types of payment we accept and the financing options we offer. Understanding your coverage and options can help you make a more informed decision about your treatment.
